Keith Lavon recently assumed the duties of Clerk for Friends of Bedford Depot Park, taking over from Michele Herron. The main duties of the Clerk are to keep track of membership renewals and make sure the mailing list and other records are up to date. The Clerk also joins the other officers and any at-large directors as a member of the Board of Directors that oversees FBDP. There are two other officers at present, Bill Deen (Acting President) and Chris Urbine (Treasurer), and two at-large directors, Jeff Lucas and Joe Impellizeri.
Michele was one of the longest-serving Clerks ever, having begun in 2016. She has certainly earned a break! Many thanks to her for her years of volunteer service to FBDP and for making sure the transition to a new Clerk went smoothly. Thanks also to Keith for taking on this important job!
