MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
For Defective Merchandise:
Friends of Bedford Depot Park will accept for return and subsequent exchange or refund at our choosing—within 90 days of the original date of purchase and accompanied by a valid sales receipt—any merchandise that is found to have been defective at the time of sale. Original packaging and any related parts and documentation must be included. Any expenses (i.e., shipping) associated with the return of goods are the customer’s responsibility.
When refunds are made, they are to be issued in the same method that the customer used to make the original purchase: i.e., a cash refund for payment by cash, a check refund for payment by check, and a credit card refund for payment by credit card.
For Other Merchandise:
As a courtesy to our customers, within 30 days of the original date of sale and accompanied by a valid sales receipt, Friends of Bedford Depot Park will accept for return and refund any non-edible merchandise that is in like-new, unsoiled, re-sellable condition, and includes the original packaging and any related parts and documentation. Any expenses (i.e., shipping) associated with the return of goods are the customer’s responsibility.
Each refund is to be issued in the same method that the customer used to make the original purchase.
This policy is effective on January 17, 2009.
